SCCTA is the South Carolina affiliate of the National Consortium for Teaching about Asia, a nationwide collaboration funded by the Freeman Foundation. For more than a decade NCTA has provided a variety of programs to encourage and facilitate teaching and learning about East Asia in elementary and secondary schools throughout the U.S.A.
